• Ethical conduct and compliance standards for Self-Help Group (SHG) partners and grassroots vendors.

🔐 2. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data collected includes name, email, mobile number, account credentials, shipping details, vendor business information, and bank details.
• Data is processed in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules, 2011.
• We use SSL encryption, secure password hashing, and role-based access controls.
• Data may be shared with payment gateways, logistics partners, or government authorities where legally required.
• Users may access, update, or delete their accounts, subject to legal obligations.
• sajiliodisha.com is not intended for minors under 18.

👤 3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

📦 6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• Repeated complaints or non-compliance may lead to account suspension.

🌿 7. Vendor Code of Conduct (SHG Partners)

Vendors and SHG partners must:

• Treat customers, vendors, and staff with respect and dignity.
• Promote inclusivity and avoid discrimination.
• Ensure authenticity, transparency, and honesty in product listings.
• Maintain product quality and timely dispatch.
• Respect customer privacy and avoid misuse of data.
• Avoid fraudulent activity, abusive language, or sale of prohibited items.

🚫 8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or data scraping.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Disrupt platform operations or compromise security.

📈 9. Platform Rights

The Company reserves the right to:

• Verify vendor credentials and delist products violating policies.
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue services.
• Update this Agreement and related policies.
• Terminate accounts violating these Terms.
• Use anonymized data for analytics and improvement.

🛡️ 10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform shall not be liable for:

• Product defects, delays, or non-delivery.
• Vendor or customer misconduct.
• Losses due to third-party services.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
